This wooden star decoration can be personalised with a name up to 12 characters and a message over 2 lines of text, each containing up to 20 characters. The name will feature above the fixed text 'love you to the moon & back' and the personal message will appear below.

Please note that the text is case-sensitive and will appear as entered. Please avoid entering your message in fixed upper case as this may make the personalisation difficult to read.

How to place your personalised gift order:

1. Order your personalised gift online.
2. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from JulianCharles@personalisedmemento.co.uk
3. Please allow 1 working day to receive your email, and if you have not received it within this time, please check your junk folder.
4. Once received, follow the link within the email.
5. Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
6. Once checked and you are happy, click submit. Your order will then be processed.

• The content on a personalised product will be produced exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure that all details, especially the personalised text, are correct before clicking submit.
• Accents, special characters and emojis are not accepted.
• Once the personalisation has been submitted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled.
