How long will it take for my order to delivered?

Most items will arrive within 7 working days. Please check the product for individual delivery timescales. Please allow this time before chasing your order. Once dispatched you will receive tracking information from the courier. Made to measure and large items may take longer. For latest delivery information please click here.

I am missing an item, will it arrive separate?

Please be aware that your order may be delivered to you in multiple parcels. Please allow 7 working days for all of your items to arrive. 

How do I return an item?

Please click here for details of how to return items bought from our website. Unfortunately items purchased in store will need to be returned back to store.

What courier do you use?

We use a range of different couriers depending on the size and weight of the package.  

Where do you ship to?

We can deliver most items to any part of the United Kingdom. At this stage we are not able to deliver to locations outside of the UK, including Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe.

Can I amend my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once placed. We can try and cancel your order, however can not guarantee this.

I put the wrong address on my order.

We send your order to the address you've provided us with and we cannot be held responsible for lost orders with an incorrect address. Please carefully enter your address and double check it before purchasing. If you do notice a mistake please get in touch as soon as possible.

Can I use more then one discount code?

Only one discount code may be used per transaction.

I forgot to add my discount code, can it be added afterwards?

Simply contact us and we will add your discount code onto your order for you.

Do you offer key worker discount?

We offer discounts via Health Service Discounts, Blue Light Card and Key Worker Discounts. Please refer to their websites to claim your key worker discount.

Do you have a phone number?

We don’t operate phone lines at the moment but if you would like us to give you a call to place an order or discuss your existing order please contact us with your phone number and let us know you would like a phone call and we will be happy to help. We aim to reply within 1-3 working days. Our opening hours are Mon-Thurs 9am-4.30pm and Friday 9am-1pm.

Are pillowcases included?

If you are buying a duvet cover the pillowcases are sold separately. If you are buying a duvet set the pillowcases are included. Single sets include one pillowcase whilst subsequent sizes contain two.

Do you do alterations?

At the moment we do not offer alterations.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to cancel your order with our warehouse however we can't guarantee this.

My order number is not recognised on the returns portal?

Your order number will be on your order conformation email and the packing slip inside your parcel. It will be a 6 digit number beginning with 1. You need to use the email address used to place your order to access the portal. If you can't find this information please contact us and we can assist you with this.

Can I order a product as a gift?

We can deliver to an address other than the address associated with your payment card. We're sorry but we don't offer a gift wrapping service at the moment.

Can I pre-order an out of stock item?

We don't offer pre-ordering of out of stock items.

What happens if the product I've ordered isn't in stock?

Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate, and that only products that are showing as available can be added to your basket and ordered. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be out of stock in our warehouse. If this happens, we will only ship you any items from your order which are in stock. You will be refunded for out of stock items.

What payment options are there?

It is not currently possible to pay using any other payment method and we will only accept your offer to purchase a product or products from us where payment for such product or products is being tendered by a credit card or debit card which is registered in the United Kingdom.
