Our UK home deliveries take place between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

If you aren’t in when we call to deliver, we won’t always need a signature, you can arrange to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place for you. Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the specific address which you have given us. If this happens we will contact you to discuss this.

At this stage, we are not able to deliver to locations outside of the UK, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland, or mainland Europe.

Unfortunately some items we sell can not be delivered to Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland. Please check the product for individual delivery timescales and restrictions.

Please Note: Deliveries to the following postcodes can take up to an additional two days to arrive:

Scottish Highlands postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH28-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Remote areas of the UK postcodes: BT & ZE.

If your order was due to be delivered on a bank holiday - then this will be delivered the following working day.
