So long as you have provided a mobile telephone number, then Interlink Express will text you once the parcel is in their network to say that they’ll be delivering the following day. On the morning of the delivery, Interlink Express will contact you again with a one-hour delivery window. Don’t worry though, if the delivery time is not convenient, then you can simply respond to reschedule for a another day, or to have the goods delivered to a neighbour, left in a safe place or to arrange a collection from your local Interlink Express depot.

Small Print

All our orders are delivered by Interlink Express

Orders take place between Monday & Friday


Our UK Home Deliveries are fulfilled by Interlink Express and take place between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

If you aren’t in when we call to deliver, we won’t always need a signature, we can leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place for you. Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the specific address which you have given us. If this happens we will contact you to discuss this. Whilst we are able to deliver to your work address, remember that these orders may take slightly longer to get to you. But be sure we'll do everything we can to get it there as soon as possible.

We can deliver to any part of the United Kingdom. At this stage we are not able to deliver to locations outside of the UK, including the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe.

Each order made will be charged separately. You will be unable to order out of stock items and we will only despatch items that are in stock. You will not be charged for anything you order but subsequently don’t send to you.
